Congratulations on your new blossoming home! Found your blog on the Welch Architecture website. My husband and I live in Old Lake Highlands and are quickly becoming Cliff Welch "stalkers" ourselves! As you said- we don't have the 7 figure budgets many of his clients do. I've emailed Cliff Welch but any advice you can give us regarding pricing/ cost per sq ft would be appreciated!
